SRAC Membership includes:

Membership Categories

Semester Memberships

  • Currently enrolled SJSU students that have paid the Student Union Inc. Semester Student Fee as part of their registration fees for the fall, spring or summer term.

  • Any SJSU student who does not pay the Student Union Inc. Semester Student Fee for the fall, spring or summer term.

  • All current SJSU faculty and staff, Emeritus & Retired and visiting faculty are included in this category. Individuals are required to show proof they are a current faculty.

  • SJSU Alumni must show valid membership to the SJSU Alumni Association for membership initation and renewals.

  • This membership is offered to individuals who are sponsored by an active member of the SRAC. Sponsor must be present for membership initiation and renewals.

  • Any non-member must be accompanied by a current member to enter into the SRAC. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the interior of the SRAC. Guest passes may be purchased for minors under 18 during the summer to use the outdoor aquatics area only.

Membership Details

SRAC Semester

Includes full access to all facility amenities and benefits during SRAC operating hours.  Membership is valid starting the first day of the semester through the Friday before students move onto campus for the next term.

  • Fall 2023: Aug 14 - Jan 23

  • Spring 2024: Jan 24 - June 4

SRAC Summer

Includes full access to all facility amenities and benefits during SRAC operating hours.  Membership is valid from June 3 to August 11.

SRAC Annual

Includes full access to all facility amenities and benefits during SRAC operating hours.  Membership starts on the date of purchase and is valid for one full calendar year.

Aquatic Annual

Includes access to the pools only during aquatic operating hours, not interior SRAC facility.  Membership starts on the date of purchase and is valid for one full calendar year.

Summer Membership

Summer 2023 Memberships are valid from June 3 through August 11. (Only sold within these dates.)

Summer SRAC Day Pass - $15 for SJSU Students, $20 for all other members

Summer SRAC Day Passes are offered to anyone who does not have a membership. You are not required to be accompanied by a current member. Day Pass is valid for interior and outdoor aquatics area. Must be 18 or older to purchase this pass and access the interior SRAC facility.

Summer Aquatic Day Pass - $5

Summer Aquatic Day Passes are offered to anyone who does not have a membership. Day Pass is valid for the outdoor aquatics area only. Available to all ages. (Individuals who are two years of age or under do not need a pass for entry.) Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

Summer SRAC Community

Summer SRAC Community are offered to anyone who does not have a membership. You are not required to be accompanied by a current member. Membership is valid for interior and outdoor aquatics area for the summer term. Must be 18 or older to purchase this pass and access the interior SRAC facility.

  • SJSU Students: $30/month or $75 for summer term

  • SJSU Faculty/Staff & Alumni: $55/month or $165 for summer term

  • Sponsored Community; Non-Sponsored Community: $90/month or $270 for summer term

Summer SRAC Aquatic Community

Summer SRAC Aquatic Community are offered to anyone who does not have a membership. You are not required to be accompanied by a current member. Membership is valid for the outdoor aquatics area only for the summer term. Available to all ages. (Individuals who are two years of age or under do not need a pass for entry.) Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

  • SJSU Students: Refer to SRAC Summer pass.

  • SJSU Faculty/Staff & Alumni: $40/month or $480

  • Sponsored Community; Non-Sponsored Community: $60/month or $720 for summer term

Summer SRAC Aquatic Family

Includes access to the pools for 3 family members during the summer months of the aquatic operating hours, does not include use of the interior SRAC facility.  All family members must be listed on the membership.  Aquatic day passes may be purchased for $5/day during the summer accompanied with a member to use the pool area only. 

  • SJSU Students: $175

  • SJSU Faculty/Staff & Alumni: $195

  • Sponsored Community; Non-Sponsored Community: $225
