San Jose State University’s Spartan Recreation Department offers activity and event space for SJSU registered student organizations, campus departments and organizations, as well as community groups. The Spartan Recreation and Aquatic Center provides a variety of activity spaces for all sizes and needs.
Spartan Recreation Office & Scheduling Assistant will assist your group in finding the appropriate space for your needs, coordinating rental equipment with our programming departments if needed, collecting reservation fees, and ensuring compliance with university and SRAC rules and regulations.
All facility reservation requests will be considered when received with appropriate lead time; 21 days (3 weeks) notice is required. All reservation requests must be completed below.
Reservations are not final until a confirmation and contract has been sent and signed by SJSU Spartan Recreation and are dependent on space and staff availability. Reservations must include dates within the current semester only. Non-university affiliated individuals or groups (or events open to the public) must provide a proof of insurance certificate.
